Job Description
Manage all aspects of mine production. You will oversee teams to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and output.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans meeting targets
- Introduce technologies and innovations enhancing productivity
- Build a culture of safety and zero harm through initiatives
- Lead crews to uphold quality standards on outputs
- Conduct risk assessments and optimize mitigations
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize planning
Requirements
- Mine Manager certification
- 10+ years mining management experience
- Operations, project management and leadership expertise
- Strategic planning abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
