Job Description

Manage all aspects of mine production as a Manager. You will oversee teams to drive safety, quality, efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute production plans meeting targets
  • Introduce technologies and innovations enhancing productivity
  • Build a culture of safety and zero harm through initiatives
  • Lead crews to upholdquality standards on outputs
  • Conduct risk assessments and optimize mitigations
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize planning

Requirements

  • Mine Manager certification
  • 10+ years mining management experience
  • Operations, project management and leadership expertise
  • Strategic planning abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
