Job Description
Manage the plant and production team to attain production targets according to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production targets are met according to plan
- Manage and develop production staff
- Manage plant efficiency and costs
- Manage plant safety and environmental standards
- Promote transformation initiatives
Requirements
- BEng or BTech (Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy)
- 5+ years metallurgical, platinum experience
- Knowledge of milling, floatation, furnace operations
- Engineering and metallurgical interpretation skills
