Job Description

Lead contractor management and enablement as a Manager at a mine site. You will implement governance frameworks and oversee contractor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop contractor engagement strategy and policies
  • Build relationships and enable alignment with stakeholders
  • Ensure contractor compliance through audits and inspections
  • Analyze contractor safety, performance and risks
  • Onboard contractors and provide training as needed
  • Maintain reporting on contractor management KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to integrate local needs

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in engineering, science, HR or supply chain
  • 5-10 years contractor management experience in mining
  • Operational knowledge and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Cross-functional problem solver
