Job Description

Oversee and refine employee standards, benefits programs, recruitment, orientation, training, and onboarding processes at an underground mining operation.

Purpose of the Job

To strategically manage all human resource functions and support the business through people management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR management role
• Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP)
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and legislation
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office systems
