Job Description

Oversee training programs, policies, reporting and compliance at a mining operation. You will implement systems, monitor legislation and manage the training department.

Purpose of the Job

To direct human resource development functions according to legislation and company strategy.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification
  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Education or related field
  • Minimum 4 years HRD experience
  • 3-4 years compliance systems & reporting experience

Competencies

  • Knowledge of HR trends and legislation
  • Familiarity with accreditation requirements
  • Proficiency with information systems
