Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage advanced BI tools to provide actionable insights, driving data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include developing dashboards, analyzing trends, and automating reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to BI governance standards when developing automated dashboards.
• Log and track stakeholder requests for new or updated dashboards.
• Document business requirements and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Monitor data accuracy throughout workflows.
• Actively participate in check-ins, stand-ups, planning, and review sessions.
• Collaborate with IT/BI teams to integrate platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, database tools, and BI visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.
• Ability to understand business needs and apply data insights effectively.
