Job Description

Perform first-line maintenance on reticulation systems and plant structures to ensure optimal plant performance within operating standards.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with fabrication and planned maintenance procedures.
• Conduct fabrication, cutting, grinding, and welding tasks.
• Manufacture and install prefabricated work pieces.
• Store equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist in developing work procedures and risk assessments.
• Provide on-the-job training to engineering learners.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in Boilermaker/Plater.
• Relevant experience in a mining or chemical environment.
• Knowledge of welding principles and definitions.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Medically fit.
